ADMISSION AND TEAMING UP
Applications: Potential candidates are welcome to submit an application.
Interviews: Selected applicants will be invited to interviews.
Team-building: Selected applicants will be invited to multiple meet-ups and team-building events, to meet each other and share the ideas they are passionate about.
Initial mentorship: Each team will receive a mentor that will help develop their idea.
Incubation program: Participants will meet once a week for entrepreneurship sessions at Azrieli College for engineering, in Jerusalem.
Preparation for Northeastern University: The best teams will be selected to attend a 6-week entrepreneurship program at Northeastern University in Boston, with expenses paid by the generous contribution of 50:50 Startups’ supporters.
NORTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM
(Almost!) Fully-funded 6-week bootcamp in Boston, USA to learn about how to build a successful company, including leadership training and development of business models, and initial marketing plans.
Teams will gain an intensive “bootcamp” at Northeastern University with classes on deliberate leadership, customer discovery, human-centered solution design, business model planning, and financial projections.
When the teams return to Israel/ the West Bank they continue to develop their startups with the support of acceleration program at our selected partners including” Google for Startups; Microsoft for Startups; AtoBe; Takwin; The Hybrid; Joy Ventures, and Nielsen Innovate, alongside the continuous close support of our 50:50 Startups' mentors.
In addition, there is optionality for grants to be provided to teams meeting specific milestones.
